If you’ve had a contract review with us in the past, you get 20% off your 2nd contract review, 30% off your 3rd and 40% off your 4th or more.*
Contract Drafting
If we’ve drafted a contract for you in the past and you decided not to sell, you get 10% off if you need us to draft another contract for that property.^
Conveyancing
If we’ve provided conveyancing or a contract review for you in the past, and you need conveyancing on a different property you get 5% off legal fees.**
